The other house was founded in 1602 by its owner Jacob Teyfl (servant
of court chamber) who later sold it to one of the members of Kinsky
family secret councilman Ferdinand Earl Kinsky. He expanded trading
activities in this area. Under the influence of economic situation
in the country the owners changed very often. In 1804 the family
of the builder Aloise Palliardi and his wife Magdalena acquired
the building. Thanks its favourable position near the Castle the
building has been extended and its part has been preserved up to
the present
